1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
2. Eligibility
This platform is intended primarily for current and prospective Santa Monica College students and their guests. Event RSVPs may be subject to verification against SMC enrollment records at the discretion of PERMIAS SMC leadership.
3. Event RSVPs
RSVP confirmations reserve a seat on a first-come, first-served basis up to each event's stated capacity. PERMIAS SMC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify event details, and will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of material changes.
4. Board Portal Access
The administrative dashboard is restricted to authorized PERMIAS SMC board members. Credentials must not be shared outside the organization's current leadership. Misuse of administrative access may result in revocation of access and referral to SMC's Office of Student Life.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to submit false information when registering for events, attempt to circumvent event capacity limits, or use this platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PERMIAS SMC and the platform's developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
